Literally anyone that plays a lick of golf knows just by looking at Trump's swing he ain't a stroke under a 10 index.

He can’t sell for 6 months so there’s no way he’s seeing anywhere near $5bn. Will probably still do incredibly well out of it but not that well.

There's rules about how much he can realise in staged sales. Nothing to stop him selling promises on the side for cut price deals down the line though.
