I would say that he's down to his core support, but recent polling suggests otherwise:

The thing that's absolutely shocking is the degree to which a couple of those polls suggest Liz Cheney would pistol-whip Biden. One outlet, to be sure, but whoa.
All hearsay to be sure, but loads of rumors about him being pumped up with drugs such as adderall, which might cause some elevation in activity/attention. To his credit and likely rare among politicians (though shared with Biden), he doesn't drink alcohol, which is certainly a health benefit. It's also not clear what he does for the other 21 hours of the day when his attention and ego isn't being mollycoddled by an adoring cult-like crowd during those 3 hour rallies.
