Again, you can't run an intelligence service like this. No one will ever tell you anything. The CIA will have to start hiring native French speakers or some such as case officers and deceive recruits about who they're working for, which is an excellent recipe for bringing moles into the building. It also would tick the French, Canadians or what have you right off if/when we get caught.
