I mean, I get it. Nothing matters, the pieces of crap were NEVER going to convict that POS. But they literally just voted to allow witnesses and then caved less than 2 hours later for no reason.
They need to repeal or at least augment the Permanent Apportionment Act of 1929. Or make it like the Wyoming rule that you get as many Represenatives as the smallest state. California would gain a bunch. At least make sure the House NEVER goes to Republicans again that way because I have no faith that both the President and Senate won't go back the next chance America gets.
