You said a negative spin gets put on everything he does, even if it's positive. So show an example. I'm not saying that's not happening, but you seem so adamant that it's so widespread but are unable to actually demonstrate it.

there is free press and there is propaganda in the media with motives.
I don't believe Donald Trump has done enough in the past 2 weeks roughly to fill up pages and pages with negative things he has done. In fact the 'media' are already deciding he WILL mess up the economy and take america to war and do this and do that and despite him not even in the job yet.
Believe me, the media bias is strong, it stops being free press when it has an agenda

That's not spinning a positive into a negative though is it. It's not like there's a headline that says "Donald donates money to orphanage" followed by a story specifying that the money isn't to be spent on muslim orphans.
He gives the media far more negative ammunition to report on because he spouts so much rubbish and behaves like a complete neanderthal. That said, it fills me with great joy that Americans have voted him in and I will enjoy watching from a distance what he gets up to, that is until he gets boozed up and hits the big button that blows us all up.

Really glad to see the White House Press Corp (through the Columbia Journalism Review) putting on a united front.
When they're going to have to spend 4 years (well, if he makes it that far) dealing with the likes of Kelly Ann Conway (has she ever said anything truthful?) and Sean Spicer, and with a President like Trump who simply shouts down reporters whose questions, or organisations he doesn't like, it's essential that they work together to force answers to difficult questions.
