The move of Drudge from dependable right-wing water carrier to routinely smacking Trump has been an unexpected surprise.
My buddy from Louisiana and I have a long-standing battle over whether his Senator or mine (Cruz) is the bigger a-hole.

....sadly, I posted I was cynical when I heard Trump had Covid and I’m still cynical now.
Clearly looking for political gain with his ‘look how strong I am’ stance. Amazing how US citizens are taken in by him, amazing that a man like him ever won an election, even more amazing if he’s allowed to win another.

This trump thing has been a polar opposite from Boris from my outside perspective.
When Boris caught the virus we knew he was sicker then they were telling us and his time in hospital showed that.
Now trump has it, it seems the American hatred of the man basically conjured up a worse scenario than what he was actually experiencing. Trump has been fine but everyone else has been making out he is on deaths door. Clinging onto any hope of a tweet from elsewhere that they were sharing grave news rather than optimistic.
Just funny to see such a different perspective based on two political leaders in the west.

All I've heard is how bad trump is , how Ill he must be, on deaths door with joyful giggles to go with that. There's been radio phone ins on radio two discussing how ill he is yesterday even .
Yet he isn't really that ill. He is back to work to some extent and not lying in a hospital bed.
