We’ve had one president who popped more pills than a rcok star(JFK), one who needed a wheelchair (FDR), one whose wife ran the country after his stroke (Wilson) and another who had dementia (Reagan) - all of which were covered up to greater/lesser extents.

Speculation on the health or otherwise of presidents is a longstanding (if admittedly a tad ghoulish) tradition that way pre-dates either Trump or social media.
