First, calling it a hoax is stupid. That obviously implies there was some sinister motive on Wallace’s part, which obviously there wasn’t. He wasn’t even the one who found the noose, and the whole situation seems to have been a misunderstanding.
Secondly, I know he’s all over the place with his proper nouns, but there is normally a method to his madness, which is that he capitalizes things he wants you to know he views as important or sacred. Referring to the Confederate flag in such a manner should be offensive to ANYONE who claims to love the United States.
Third, with regards to the ratings, why even bother making a false statement that can be easily disproven in 30 seconds on Google?
