He disbanded the pandemic response team and left the WHO. He pitted FEMA and states against each other for PPE. He dragged his heels on responding for fear of poor polls. Some estimates say he could have saved 85% of lives if he’d acted a few weeks earlier. He insulted governors for their quick lockdowns, he won’t lead by example and wear a mask. He promoted a lupus drug that the FDA hasn’t approved for covid. He gave false hope of early reopenings. He tried to tout crazy conspiracy theories like injecting light in to yourself. He’s publicly ridiculed his chief medical advisor. He’s responsible for tens of thousands of deaths.
