Again why can't they grow a backbone and say no. They are under no obligation to follow the presidents order if Its not in the best interest of their troops health.

Id advise him politically to switch gears and apply a different strategy. He’s default has had him victorious over the dems time and time but he needs something new and different in this new paradigm.
