It is hard though. Not everyone can take time off to get themselves to a mass protest. And there's a lot of space out here. I can get to DC in an hour. A lot of people could assemble in a lot of big cities but a lot of people also wouldn't be able to make it and that kind of accentuates the point that rural people make about the cities not understanding. I'm not saying do nothing but it isn't as simple as putting a message out on Facebook.Haha, yeah pretty sure I picked up that you're not American Groucho. My comment wasn't directed at anyone in particular; but yeah, genuinely curious as to the lack of apparent action by the public at large.
The other thing is I don't think a one day protest makes a difference. We are talking about a situation where to make any serious impact multiple day occupations of cities will probably be necessary. It's just very difficult to do that but you're probably right that it is time to start working.
