How can forced organised religion produce ****holes? Really? If history teaches us anything I would think it’s that that is pretty much its specialty.

Yep, the hard right and evangelicals are doing a complete shower on the states for the last couple decades. It's why Republicans often show up to vote, everyone is a single issue voter. Don't like abortion? Republican. Gun rights? Republican. Just don't like government? Republican.

The thing that infuriates me most admit evangelicals are they are the most hypocritical and spiteful group of people I've ever known. Go to church on Sundays but shout out loudly and proudly racist homophobic or whatever slogan comes out of your mouth. I asked one once why his view as a "good Christian" was against both the Bible and the Pope's view and their response was "they just can't say it publicly anymore".

The lack of critical thinking is insane with them.
