Changed it so there's less losses, maybe parity.
Government still runs at a deficit and there's no huge amount being generated from renegotiating NAFTA so this wall money would just be different kind of debt.

Thing is if you read up on what's involved there is no agreement nor is there any provision in it that makes his statement true. Mexico would never have signed it if there was. He is lying once again and because it involves Mexico he is trying to convince his base (whom most won't read up on it) that they will make from it.
