FTR, thought you might be referring to Gorsuch as previous posts had referred to an impeachment fantasy about the SC Justice.
Part of me has been thinking what's the point in impeaching him after the mid-terms, looks like there isn't a smoking gun so to speak.
But christ, the evidence is mounting up, even if 2/3 of the senate don't find him guilty, a lot of republican senators will do themselves alot of political damage defending him

Might be unpopular with Dems on this, but I don't want him impeached.
If he's impeached, then Mike Pence becomes President, and that might even be worse than the institutional damage we are experiencing now.
I want President Trump to either run and lose, or choose not to run again.
But as a Democrat, we need to put forward a strong candidate and message.
