Do you rate Thomas Ince?

Always thought he was class whenever I've seen him play. Really can't see why spending between 5-10m would be a bad move for us, plays on both wings and is young and also bossed the championship - which is more than you can say for all those wonder kids from foreign countries that have barely played!

Pace, finishing, vision, raw ability. Would love us to bring in him and Redmond for a combined £10m.

Sign. Him. Up.

I couldn't bring myself to cheer for a player called "Ince" after his ald fella was such a nob RS.

They could have let him out on a season long loan instead of selling him to Blackpool for pittance. Would have made a lot more business sense!

was thinking that, according to a (rs) mate they offered him a higher contract than he ended up at blackpool on, but he wanted regular footy guarenteed so ended up there. probably ****e to justify it i dont know

seriously though, 8mil for a championship player with a year left.... not good business really is it? cardiff i guess are splashing the cash in an attempt to stay up but that fee doesn't really make sense from a financial point of view for us (though neither did kone i guess...)

basically the only way we'll get him is if we really want him to match that fee - i think its ****e from skysports myself

I'm a fan too the lad has potential. Have we got 8 million after spending 5 million ish on Kone without selling? Doubtful I'd have thought.

Not for me.

I have no idea why people rate him .... seems very ordinary and the fact he's still at Blackpool despite being hyped up for a while speaks volumes.

We've had loads of these over the years, mentioned in dispatches as world beaters simply because they're the best of a shte crop (be honest english footballers are shte).

Ridiculous monies being quoted - if he was available on a free still wouldn't have him.

To answer the OP, yes I do rate him. I'd say its obvious his career is on an upward path and I wouldn't be at all surprised if he goes on to have a career like Lampard.

if he was available on a free still wouldn't have him.
oh, ok.

Seriously? A 21 year old who had 18 goals and 14 assists in the championship last season?

When Zaha who had 8 goals and 9 assists in the same league was bought by United for £15m?

Makes you wonder why Ferguson chose him ahead of Ince doesn't it ? - he knows nothing that fella.

Do think we do have the money to bid for ince I think kone was bought with I suspect will be the money we receive for heitinga whom I suspect will leave over next two weeks.think ince would be good addition yea price is a bit steep but he has a talent.. Only other player I'd like us to go for would be Moses from Chelsea

That wasn't quite what I was saying. He clearly thought Zaha was the better prospect, paying £15m for him and all, but you said that you wouldn't take Ince on a free?
