Do we do it too much?

We are not Liverpool or United it doesn't work for us. We don't get the decisions when we are fouled so. We do it much less than the other teams but looks worse as the ref just laughs.

I love it when our players dive personally, use to cheer every time Pienaar went down
Ah he would get mobbed players would technical foul him all day long. Might went down easy sometimes but 90% the time he was being fouled. He'd be swamped by 3 or 4 players.

What a player.

Don't mind it if there is contact the blatant no contact ones are embarrassing
I think we are one of the only clubs that got fined for it Niasse at Palace away ?
it was going on at practically every game at Liverpool and Utd nothing was done about it
Yeap member that

Everton that premium.

The top team do it week in and out and pundits even say if you don’t go down they don’t get a pen. Look at Salah amount of won pens.. has one ever been a pen
Yeah that does my head in. Pundits encouraging cheating.

Its a mad sport for that type of stuff.

Think its origins are based just outside Derry on the road towards Quigleys point.
Great fun all the same.

No that's a very dangerous road to go down and one that definitely shouldn't be the case. The idea that any sort of contact is an automatic penalty would make the situation even worse than it is now. A foul should only be given if a player has been clearly impeded and a dive should only be given if the referee is 100% convinced that a player tried to con him.

I do think Gordon goes down to much and too easily personally. It's not that he dives as such, but sometimes he would be better staying on his feet, something he'll probably learn with experience.
Like you just need to look at the replay and see the legs buckle completely by themselves like they got a bad case of the Momentary Paraplegics.

But VAR give penos anyway even when its clear they just MP'd to the deck.

Wasn't ever a problem for Gerrard, Suarez et al.. but, put a Royal Blue jersey on and wear the number 7 and forget it.

It never seems to be a problem for Thiago to rugby tackle the opponent or Rudiger to con the ref.. But if it's little Anthony ...

I don't think he did dive yesterday I think he clipped him but it was just a crossing of legs and not a penalty
It doesn't matter if the trip was accidental - it's a foul. Moss would have given a free kick had it been outside the box. I also suspect he'd have given the penalty if Gordon had been slap in front of goal.
