The three areas of high stress in my life typically hit at different times. In the last month I’ve had some high stress issues in all three.
I’m prone to suffer from worry, ruminations, and catastrophic thinking and so I can become completely overwhelmed with things that haven’t even happened.
Since my post, I’ve resolved two of them without anything awful happening. I simply struggle with the idea that “not everything I imagine is true.”

Mate, if it wasn`t for my running keeping a lid on things, I don`t know how I`d cope, so I know where you`re coming from.
You just need to find that " thing " that can become your coping mechanism, whatever it may be.
