Doesn’t look too bad that mate. the water is still sitting on surface, they can clear that up if that’s recent, or they got to the leak quickly.

that was when the leak happened mate
there’s lndustrial heaters in now then floor will dry as it’s concrete but more walls are plaster board. need them to dry off before can redecorate and buy new stuff
