If only he was consistent.
He was definitely one of our better players the first half of that season If not our best player. He’s still not good enough most of the time but there’s more chance of him popping up with a goal than say Maupay or McNeil.
That's what makes it more frustrating, though, because he has the ability. The issue is him putting it together consistently.
Sadly, I can't see Townsend coming back in February like the player he was. It's going to take him a fair while to get back to shape, if he ever does.

I believe he always tries. He doesn't make the right decisions a lot of the time but when he does he is exceptional.

He’s a god awful player, hence why he’s bounced from club to club and has one of the worst goals scoring records for a winger

Great shot and goal. It was a beaut that I do not believe would have happened if Myko didn't overlap. His dummy pass to Myko gave him the extra yard and time to pick himself of the floor and curl a beaut into the top corner. No Myko no goal though. Myko should really get an assist for that.
