He put in a lot of effort today and looked like our only player that could cause a problem for them. He has to keep the intensity up to be taken serious. We have seen the skills he has and they are impressive. If he has it in him to work really hard in all games then we could have a player on our hands otherwise he will remain so frustrating

He’s one of our very few wildcards. It’s worth carrying frustrating players if they’ve got that in their locker.

What my criticism says about me is that I’ve seen actual good players and that’s the level I expect from my team.

Gray doesn't track back enough if we are playing him maybe just make him a forward who buzzes around Dom creating and taking shots frees him up a bit, maybe 352 suits the players we have

You've described him as a god awful player. How many god awful players score those types of goals? And it's not his only top class goal for us either.

I give credit to him, he could’ve easily asked to come out of that game the final 10-15 minutes. He was completely knackered and yet continued to give it his all through the final whistle.
