Disgraceful state to be in driving a car. He was bladdered purely and simply, if he gets off with this, no sentence, it will be like most people think, money talks in this country. Already the snake lawyer is stating, it's mixture of medication and alcohol.

Doesn't matter, though, does it? He was supposed to provide a sample and didn't. That's nothing more than an attempt to muddy the waters.

How did he get let out after just 1 day,when he was jailed for 10 weeks,surely hes suppose to spent half it in Jail,how did they get bail for him ?

Waiting on an appeal apparently. Hopefully it goes badly for him and he ends up doing more than 10 weeks.

If he'd done half the 10 weeks he would have been released full stop. At least there's a chance he gets sent back down for longer the arrogant idiot.

The sample would have proven the supposedly two pints he had drunk, but he refused because he had a skin full. He'll now be saying he drunk two bottles of night nurse with a couple of pints.

I guess Saunders won't be on Alan Brazil breakfast show for a few weeks, but once he is out and his bottom has healed, I'm sure he will be back in the talksport studio, spouting rubbish.

Their past record on this would say otherwise. In fact being a convicted criminal is par for the course at talksport. Brazil was done for drink driving. Micky Quinn for abusing horses. Collymore for beating up women and being a sexual deviant and now Saunders for drink driving.

I hadn't thought of that... If he pleaded guilty then on what grounds is he appealing?
