Still got a ban and 200 hours community service. Its rare to jail someone for a first offence, unless they refuse community service, which he did initially.

I just hope he isnt on Talksport, unpaid, for 200 hours.

I hope being involved in football, coaching kids etc isn't an option for his community service.
They wouldn't let Rooney do that as it would be a doddle.

This decision appalls me. He is caught "bang to rites", persists in arguing he is waiting for a "duty" solicitor and is clearly under the influence for god sake!.Would any ordinary person be ,in essence --- let off? I think not!. A very very lucky big headed over blown nobody with a highly distasteful attitude.who doesn't understand that he could have caused untold damage to people or property. He is a total disgrace.
