He's alright is Davy.

As much as we were overloaded with players at his position this season, we actually could have used him in this past game. When Rooney isnt playing well we actually now have no one else to play in that position but Klaassen and Vlasic, and neither were on the bench today.

“At the moment Davy Klaassen comes in and trains as best as he possibly can and does all what he can on a regular basis,” Allardyce said.

“He’s not a sulker, he tries his hardest everytime he comes into training.

“But at the moment we see what we see, and we see the qualities of the players and haven’t quite seen that in Davy to encourage us to put him in.

“He’s got big competition and that big competition is something you have to accept and try and improve so if you do get the chance then you take that opportunity.

“Maybe somewhere down the line we will give him an opportunity.”

Qualities of the rest of midfield or our front attackers bar Walcott are absolutely non existent you massive balloon head!

FFS! Just get him in!

This is why I am so disconnected from my team now. This one isolated point represents a whole raft of issues.

What I did see on Saturday was Rooney passing the ball to Watford over and over again. I see it happen most games if I'm honest, the goals have long since dried up for him, his pace is not there, he doesn't win tackles so as a midfielder, take away it's Wayne Rooney and you are left with a pretty poor midfielder we play every single week.

Now in klassen we have a European experienced captain who has both goals and assists in his game every season. He presses, he has leadership qualities, and he isn't good enough? Why is that? The klassen this time last year at Ajax was one of their best players and a few months later we.sign him and he isn't good enough? With barely a chance to even prove himself?

This is why I'm personally cut away from the club. The manager doesn't care to play him, so no point in hoping otherwise. The midfield as a whole is poor or none existent and certainly contribute very little attack wise while players keep their place (ie rooney) despite not being good enough. So what is the point? Why should I care about the team right now?

What I want from the club next season onwards is a manager who will play the likes of klassen. A manager who sees poor performances and uses others to give them their chance. I'm sorry but we don't know how good or bad klassen is, we have barely seen him play. But if you are telling me that because allardyce says he isn't good enough that we should all just buy thst version then we are miles apart from club expectations Mr moshiri.

Until I switch my brain off and stop caring for the team right now, it actually gets me a little angry. We had the young axis and sold them and now we have bought foreign talent and simply not played them. And it's laughable that these players who aren't good enough didn't play against arsenal or spurs for example, they didn't play in a lot of poor performances and in klassen case not at all over allardyce run here so is klassrn for example really that bad of a player despite us paying 25 million for him 7 months ago?

And as I have said a few times now, isn't it funny that the only players who aren't good enough were signed outside the premier league.

Vlasic , over 100 appearances by 19 and not good enough.
Klassen almost 30 goals and assists last season for a Europa league finalist and close second in with league. Not good enough.
Tosun, league winning and champions league scoring (and out of group) striker. Not good enough.
Sandro- highly rated young attacker with 14 goals last season and coveted by athletico Madrid no less and now sevilla. Not good enough.
Lookman- exciting young winger who has proven himself this season to be worthy of game time. Frozen out

And instead of these players essentially this is who is deemed better

Tosun - Calvert lewen
Klassen- Rooney
Sandro - unfit bolasie
Vlasic - unfit bolasie/siggurdson
Lookman- unfit bolasie/ siggurdson

Klaasen is a number 10 and we arent playing a number 10 at the moment, thats the crucial factor in why he isnt playing (for me anyway)

The treatment of Klaassen has been a disgrace.

Has it?

What do you think is causing this 'disgraceful' treatment? Is he being victimised because he has blonde hair? Is he being bullied because he is Dutch? Or is he just not being selected because three managers in a row don't think he is good enough even for a place on the bench?

We are a Premier League football club, not a local Under 11 side, he doesn't get to 'have a go' just so that we don't hurt his feelings.
