At the risk of sounding like a conspiracy theorist, a lot of the deals he did were so ridiculously bloated, I’d be surprised if there weren’t bungs involved.

From day one I used to state that Koeman was a Kopite, and everything that happened afterwards validates it!

This is called a third man run because the runner is the third man in the play. The third man can sometimes start the passing sequence, and sometimes he is on the blind side of the play and not involved at all when the run starts.

Basically, it's when there's three attacking players involved in a move.

Usually, the 'third man' will be the one who makes the run from deep, behind a defence, to latch onto a pass following interplay between the first two men in the move.

I could have just said he made some good runs and it would have been simpler I suppose :D
