I'm not sure I want him to get a job perhaps in the Championship. This could work either way and managerial job is a random guess sometimes.

On the flip side you've got nagelsmann, Wagner, tuchel etc

He's a boss kit man but hasn't demonstrated huge potential as a head coach and leader

I was pilloried on this forum for saying the same thing, prior to the advent of Koeman.
