2025/26 David Moyes

Well done to the gaffer and players today, the kitap1 really works away from home, and some fantastic performances got us those three points.

If he could just sort the home form and tactics out we’d be laughin, and please don’t mess about the the defence again - that back four look solid as a rock.

Illy right back in the team for Dwight, Gana as a sub off the bench, no other changes to the starting 11 for me.

Just see that stat over the calender year he's been back Everton have more away wins than man city liverpool man utd and chelsea. 10. Along with Arsenal.

Do we need to start looking at other longer term options. Of course. But if you look at that quartets spending compared to Evertons and we've more wins on the road than all of them in the last 12 months.
Thats impressive.

K

you don’t know that, none of us do. He should not be given the final year of his contract to run down. If TFG believe a better manager is available they will make a change
So I'll put the question to you then.

Who do you want lads?

Thomas Frank who's taken a very expensive Spurs side 4 points below us?

Glasner who has his Fa Cup winning side 5 points below us in the league?

Or is it Eddie Howe with his Saudi Millions squad that's a massive 1 point above us in the league?

Should we get @Daveysgingerlovechild to do a poll?

Who's the flavour of the week?

Get people questioning him long term but definately deserves another season imo. I still stupidly trying to make myself believe that we will bring in players this window. That will help us end the season strong then with us hopefully having the summer to address the squad pace and better options to come into the squad out wide ect we can have an even better season.

How come when we win away HE gets the plaudits but when we play crap it's the squad, the injuries, the players? How about a little more balance? Davy didnt kick a ball today...the players worked their arses off:) If he can motivate them and come up with tactics to win games like today's, why cant he motivate the same players and come up with tactics to beat Brentford, Wolves and Sunderland at home? Beat Leeds at home Monday and we will all be happy:)

I just don't see why people have such a negative take on him being manager, we play some decent stuff when we have our best players available.

YES, we clearly need to add to the squad but it's never gonna be done all in 1 or 2 windows, a guy needs time to build.

I can't complain about Everton being 10th and 4 points off 4th place after 22 games.
Go watch the Leeds game, Burnley game, Spurs game, Newcastle and second half against Wolves...both cup games and get back to me:) Im as happy as anyone with today's win but ffs we overreact to bad performances?, lets not do the same with the backs to the wall wins:)
