Never put anything past Davey mate.Genuine lol if he starts McNeil again. Would be top trolling. Surely not tho?
It's another step up the ladder, not sure how we can turn our noses up at any competition. How can we complain about the past and than they say we're to big for a go at one.I dont look at that as much of an achievement playing against farmers until the semis or final.
Its probably a league 1 competition standard, thats why i dont want us to be in it mate.
Yeah, Villareal, Fiorentina, Lazio, Nice, Anderlecht... real farmers league teams.I dont look at that as much of an achievement playing against farmers until the semis or final.

A season or two.How long do you think this would take him?
Right, but how much more did KDH raise his value at vs how much more plummeting did those others have? I mean, value is what someone si willing to pay but I can't see KDH at much more than a couple million above what we paid for him vs Dibling can't even be half because of the AMAZING management of him.Might not be as black and white though. The older KDH has undoubtedly increased his value, whilst the value of youngsters Dibling/Aznou has plummeted. We need the right balance.
Honestly I agree with @JLW. He's shown the league for about 20 years what his ceiling is. He can't beat teams in the upper 3rd, he can't kick on when the opportunity presents itself no matter how open the league is, he absolutely will not develop younger players if the older ones are available, he is nothing more than a defensive first manager no matter what the opportunity is. Moyes is a very very very good manager. He's had COUNTLESS opportunities to kick on his teams and has never done so. It should be a handshake and best wishes at the end of the season but who the hell knows. You don't think that having brought us from one level to the next he deserves a shot at getting to the next level, even if you don't believe he can?

He sure did, once in his whole career, just like Allardyce got Bolton to 6thNot to mention finishing fourth here with a side that had no business finishing so high.
Thanks for confirming that I was right when I said he played him at RB.He was getting about the same amounts of minutes as Paterson gets, so let’s not try and dress it up as anything else![]()
Anderlecht a former great club but not nowYeah, Villareal, Fiorentina, Lazio, Nice, Anderlecht... real farmers league teams.
Too long ago to be relevant nowNot to mention finishing fourth here with a side that had no business finishing so high.
