I've said before and I'll say again: I'd be very unhappy if TFG are not scouring the continent for the next manager.
For me, if you're signing players for £40m+ and they're not getting a sniff, there's no alignment between the hierarchy and the management team.
David Moyes is a short-term solution anyway, due to his age. I want the right man for the job. I don't think he is it.
For consistency, I didn't like him anyway... but I treat the takeover as a new start, to really try and leave the shackles of the last 30 years behind, and it feels very much like we want to stay there.
With this new Profit/Ratio thing coming in, itll be harder than ever to compete with the "elite", and i just dont think we can afford any transitional seasons.
