Yet someone has said we have under Moyes and is now pretending he meant Harry Catterick.
Shall we all go back to the start.

Why do you keep speaking in the third person David?Like I've said many times before I highly doubt Moyes saw him playing for Southampton and told TFG to go get him whatever the price.
Because something is either correct or incorrect and it doesn't matter who the poster is.
It's only a matter of time, soon the Cup will be at 200 teams in groups A-Zzzz (emphasis on the zzzz).I'm pretty sure Moyes has not managed us in the Champions League.
The other fella is claiming he is.
Gibraltar according to him have played in the World Cup.
Well, the qualifying rounds of the tournament. Still part of the tournament.I'm pretty sure Moyes has not managed us in the Champions League.

I'm not really arguing anything, I'm simply stating how UEFA see it. Technically UEFA class the qualifications as part of playing in the champions league as well. I think the wider point is that Moyes has only managed to qualify once, when it was a particularly low points requirement. But it's not incorrect to say that the champions league didn't exist in its current brand before 1992. The format and entry and two distinct things. While the records have been continued, playing in the European Cup vs playing in the Champions League are wildly different.
You're arguing an administrative position vs a sporting one.
Either way, Moyes hasn't managed Everton in it.
Technically he's correct about that and completely wrong about most other thingsI'm pretty sure Moyes has not managed us in the Champions League.
The other fella is claiming he is.

I don't need to read every word you've written. Your view on Dibling is clear from the post I responded to. Therefore logic dictates that given your view on Dibling that Moyes made a big error signing him. We know, because Moyes has publicly stated it (as has CEO) that he signs off on all transfers. You're simply trying to rationalise away Moyes's responsibility in signing the player. It's a pointless discussion as you obviously haven't read all of the posts I've made on Moyes and Dibling so I'm not going to carry on repeating myself.
Yep, spot on.Without being sat in on team meetings/training I reckon I can almost guarantee David Moyes does not allow young players to express themselves.
His instructions will be all about getting back, don't lose the ball and don't try fancy stuff.
Dibling is clearly playing massively within himself and it really wouldn't shock me if these are the reasons why.
He done it with Barkley and the next season a manager put trust in a young player to express himself and he shone.
Well, the qualifying rounds of the tournament. Still part of the tournament.
FFSSo San Marino are in the World Cup next week?
Hard to argue with logic and UEFA stats but apparently some people seem to insist on doing so.Well, the qualifying rounds of the tournament. Still part of the tournament.
FFSThey're not in the finals but they've played in the competition..
