2025/26 David Moyes

Knocked out at home in the FA Cup both seasons at the first attempt.

I don't see a massive difference this season compared to the 23/24 season.

Negative football but a solid defence and scrape a win with low possession of the ball.

we went out to all our players missing pens.
but again use it as another stick

if we have a proper goal scorer
and good home form we’d be a lot better

you don’t fix what’s not broke

he’s here next season in MY opinion

The previous manager Almiron had the same players but never got the results that Carrick has got.

We could be the same if we get rid of the Moyesauraus.

We need to move on from him and the likes of Dyche with their negative football.

It's a bit like Dyche (Amorim of course has the higher ceiling). Managers caring more about playing their own style no matter the team than adapt to the team. Happens to often these days.

It's what Carrick did and it seems to work out pretty well so far.

We're pretty much guaranteed to finish between 7th and 14th now. Given our run in there's a decent chance it will be 12th to 14th. If that is the case it will be interesting to see what the owners do.
