Personally I'd give it Branthwaite, try to embed him into the club that bit more and hope it helps us keep him.

You've got to give him credit. He's an incredibly stubborn sod at times and can be unbelievably frustrating, but (with the exception of the weird Anchelotti experiment) he's easily the best manager we've had since..... him the last time he was here!

It's refreshing to sincerely have zero concerns about relegation and know that we have a manager who knows what he's doing. I can understand why he winds some of you up, but if you can't see the good he's doing and refuse to acknowledge how much better off we are because of him then you're a clown.

I think Garner will get more use out of the captaincy. You get away with the odd one, and Garnee carries himself well and thru to the keeper.
