2025/26 David Moyes

I still think it's about stability, for us. We've come along way over the past year. We should, see where we are at the end of the season. I'm not into excuses, but there 8 senior players out at the moment. We will be better when they are back. I was pretty happy after the Forest march. Then a few bad results and feel bad.

No point changing manager now. See, where we finish and look at it in the summer, I bet it's the owners plan.

The team with the 13th highest transfer spend should absolutely be challenging cups and guaranteeing a top half finish.

They spent the 13th most in the league. It's outrageous they aren't doing better with financial riches at their disposal like that.

If we can't expect our manager to outperform our transfer spend then we need to sack him and bring in someone who inspires hope.

No more excuses for not over performing against transfer spending. We have to demand better. NIL SATIS NISI OPTIMUM used to mean something.

No team in the League could cope with having their 5 best outfield players missing at once. Not an excuse, it’s the reason why we’re struggling. Anyone who thinks the squad as it stands could be doing better is unrealistic. When we get them all back (hopefully) next week, we can give a better judgement.

Looks like an excuse to me.

When isnt it about stability? At this rate there will be a honours list to those who “saved us “.

The manager stabilised things last season .

We've not won a trophy in over 30 years, and brought back the manager responsible for over a 1/3 of that time to rebuild. [Edit] Or closer to 40% ofJ the time I think?)

How many clubs would do that?

EV-ER-TOOON.

I never would do that, despite he was the best manager past Howie 1st stage.

Tbf, it was 15 years with 1 cup before he came in, that's longer than since SAF left United, and they have no chance to replace him at all and leaguewise the 90s were abysmal.
