Why did he take the job then when he had a job for as long as Kenwright was here, It didn’t upset me when he went I wanted him gone long before he he thought he was anywhere good enough for a big job like United.
Sir Alex told him to. What better way to make a fool out of BK than to string him along that he`d leave a new deal till the summer, then in April turn up at BK`s house with all the press outside and brake the news to BK that he needs to look for a new manager. I didn`t like the way Moyes went about leaving us, but I loved the fact that it sort of showed the world`s biggest blue to be a bit of a fool in thinking you can let a manager, who you are happy to keep at the club, run down his contract expecting him to just sign a new one having not backed him in bringing players in.

the players deserve a bit of sun and change of scenery, more tiem ot bond, implement ideas

jsut wish they were going somewhere a bit more palatable than UAE

Well anyone who made a fool out of Kenwright can’t be all bad and Kenwright was a fool about football but not when it came to making money and looking after his own ends, Moyes has done very well looking after himself and making brewsters with such mediocre ability.

Still kept on for eleven and a half years ——a very lucky man—— no trophies , no wins against the top teams away from home in those years but give him his due he did very well for himself becoming a millionaire and getting chosen to manage the title holders. Mind you his talent as a manager was exposed there and his new fans let him know it, lasted seven months but still a lucky man he got millions out of that before showing his talents at Sunderland and Spain which got him the boot. Two spells at WHU where a lot of the fans couldn’t stand him even though he won a fourth rate European title for them and now we’ve got him back!

This is genuinely the worst take on David Moyes’ career I think I’ve ever seen so congratulations on that.
