Easiest path is to start applying for jobs in the states with that company though, i'll warn you. Getting a brand new H1-B visa is a dogfight, and damn near impossible if you're looking for someone to hire you and get you a visa. Much easier to have your current company transfer you here.

Nope, I primarily deal with infrastructure security / governance of data/ managing server/data/ecurity My new job is working in QA, professionally breaking applications & findin holes in software!

i spot a few misleading quotes in that job ad

1) As well as extracting data to support our world-class marketing campaigns
2) analysis of the data we hold and helping to spot key trends which will inform how the Club does business. I don't think you need a number monkey to point out we are pretty sh1t at marketing and doing business in general
3) The role-holder will have excellent communication skills..mmmn...in other words, you will have a twitter account and talk bull every day
