Don't get the hate, myself.

It is because they observed the coaching sessions he has run over the last few years and concluded that they were too much emphasis on lateral movement within the final third rather than triangular recycling of possession.

Or the fact he doesn't have a fancy foreign name so must therefore be utterly clueless.

No lid it's the headset.

No wonder Ferguson is pissing off abroad for a month - "nothing to do with me guv!".

The Utd forums mix nervous tourists desperately trying to be urbane and cool saying "give him time" and old salts saying "wtf ...why not change the name to Mancheverton!"..... hilarious.

Moyes is going too far. Here he is sacking his secretary.

I think Moyes has watched the Damned Utd and knows that he'll go the way of Brian Clough at Leeds if he doesn't take his right hand man to sort out tactics and signings etc.

Obviously, innit.

Can anyone else see it ending very very badly at United ??

Thought the way it would work would be for Moyes alone to go there, be surrounded by a 'winning team' of coaches, physios and have the backing when needed of sralex. That would have worked, I thought. Having wholesale changes I reckon will shorten the length of time the mancs will give Moyes if things don't work out. That support sralex was calling for won't last long if it is just all our old boys thrown in. Think it's funny tbh

I really thought they were getting Moyes because he would fit into their system, I'm amazed he's being allowed to take so many from Everton. The knives will be out at the slightest hint of a drop in standards. Should be entertaining, I foresee a thread in World football to rival the rawk witch hunt one.

No. I think he'll do brilliantly.

Not a single person commenting on this has the first clue about how good a coach Round is.

Moyes clearly rates him and it is him who will be judged on their results.about Steve

Interesting one that mate I don't know a lot about Steve Round but a lot of United fans ontinternet (most of who have probably never been to a game) **** Mike Phelan off big time and are glad he has gone bunch of ****s in my opinion. Phelan has done a great job as no 2 to Fergie ( Results prove it)

From the Twitter of former Evertonfc.com journalist and now based in Dubai, Andy Lewis:

Steve Round. Good operator but a bit of a wally and wasn't well-liked by the other coaches. Chris Woods on the other hand, top bloke.
