That's such a middle class Thatchery thing to do.
And also it's not the writer who should get done. Its the editor, or whoever decided to give it the OK and publish. We all do, say and sometimes write things in hindsight we know we shouldn't have. It's the editor who has said that this is acceptable so it's him or her that should be done for it.
I don't know whether to laugh or cry about this picture. It's massively inappropriate yet funny at the same time.

For the record, I buy the Daily Mail, I have just sent them a feedback complaint, I've Just lodged a complaint with the PCC and this could be a watershed moment where I no longer buy their paper.
