I don't agree - I think we are 50/50 against all of them.

City and Chelsea have been up and down, Arsenal have been limping along, and all the players are going to be up for the Derby.

12 points is a possibility - 6 a probability - 2 if injuries hit and Moyes has to move Jared out of the CB position and replace him with Keggers.

Hope so mate!!! We will need to beat some of those

Generally for me it isn't that high. I don't think what we're doing is going to work forever. We're above where our play merits. That's fine, they aren't kicking us out of Europe if we get there because we caught some breaks.

At the same time that usually doesn't last forever. Now if we took the luck and also continued trying to get better every week it'd be great. However we're not. Moyes is Moyes. He's doing what he does. I just see another summer where money goes toward older players or players with "Premier League experience" and off of that another season where there isn't much development but without the decent fortune that takes a team that is probably the 12th best or so up to 8th.

I just still see a club that doesn't have a direction. That puts a pretty hard ceiling on what we're capable of.

Had to go for a nice, middle of the road 5.

We are bothering the European spots after years in the PL doldrums and have some exciting young players who could take us to exciting, new heights under the right leadership.

I just can’t shake the feeling that we’ll do something super Everton like give Moyes a 3-year deal and flog the youngsters on the cheap before watching them become world beaters to a man.
Just like Lookman.

Grealish injury and Branthwaite not being available most of the season takes the sheen off. They’re probably our two best players and we’ve been unable to get them out on the pitch together for any extended period of time. As usual we’re entering a critical run in and we’re missing our best players (which has already cost us in the FA cup)

And we'll use those two injuries as an excuse for why we'll miss out on Europe instead of demanding that we have a squad in place next August fit for a genuine European challenge. Injuries are part of the game. A proper club does not allow a few injuries to wipe out its objectives.

Strong 5 / weak 6 .
Cups thrown , still no fullbacks .
January quality could have seen us take advantage of a really weak league .
Crap at home. Stadium teething issues have not been great. Points total very similar to last year after spending 100m. Same goals at home as burnley . Crap strikers.

Really good away , good in defence, pickford been great , some good quality on the pitch at times . Plenty of options in multiple positions. Safe early. Players seem more of a unit. Bench options better . Looking up rather than down .

Ye id say thats about right .

At this point in their respective careers Ndiaye is a better player than Grealish. Ndiaye is also a more consistent threat on the left and his highest possible level is on the left. Grealish only plays the left. So for me, Grealish should not be brought back unless Ndiaye is sold. It isn't a constructive situation to have both and shoehorn Grealish into the side at Ndiaye's expense.
