Borrowing costs today reached a record high (this century) for the UK government. These borrowing costs are not falling significantly in coming months and years, they will likely rise in fact. The fiscal sh*t is about to hit the fan with all the political and economic instability that comes with it.

Someone will fill the political vacuum. Tate has the populist skills as much as anyone else in the UK.

Oh oh.

As I said the general financial and economic outlook is only going to worsen for the UK govt (and general economy) in coming years. Then the sh it may really hit the fan. All bets are off on which political parties and movements can then take advantage.

We are watching a British political party imploding in real time. And these are likely the stable times for UK politics. It's unlikely to become more stable from here on out. All bets are off which party or movement becomes the driving force in British politics during the next 5 to 10 years.

We’ve just witnessed the conservatives implode for the last fourteen years.

Labour are in a good position as they have a huge majority.

Unless there’s a huge mutiny within the party, which isn’t happening, starmer is the safest prime minister we’ve had since 1997.

Tate getting your vote mate? You seem oddly reticent in backing your man?

We also watched attempts to implode Labour from 2015 to 2019 as well.

WTF is this drivel you’ve just written 😂

As you saw at the last GE, the general public thankfully finally twigged on that the conservatives had been lying and pulling everybody’s pants down for 14 years, whilst at the same time decimating public services and creating a cauldron of toxicity driven on misinformation and a hugely hate filled agenda.

When are people who voted for Brexit ever going to step forward and admit that they have screwed the country over and taken billions out of the economy?

Also, thankfully the general public have not been taken in by scum like Farage, despite the echo chamber of X telling you otherwise. They won a handful of seats, they are a minority party.

What is happening in Britain is happening throughout much of Europe. It's therefore not primarily the fault of the Tories or Brexit. It is a structural decline caused by generations of politicians Europe wide. You can fight it all you wish but Europe is about to enter a chaotic political phase. No arguing with me on here will prevent it.
