Joking aside, I'm genuinely struggling to understand if I should take the sources quoted by @Oddball as credible as by his own admission he doesn't consume it as he considers it bias but has cited BBC, Sky, 24/7 Bristol as evidence to support his position.

When you grasp at straws, post contradictory youtube videos, and say things like "I'll never change my mind..." and "I don't have to give you evidence" you realize that you aren't going to have an adult conversation where the weight of evidence and data could possibly do anything to help.

I'm giving the courtesy of an adult conversation.

I think thus far, the presented evidence supports my assertion that policing was "inconsistent" rather than @Oddball suggesting it was "two tier".

I'm not exactly sure what posting videos of specific incidents supports other than the position of the protest at that stage.

Two tier policing extends much further than the actual policing response - to the engagement with organisers, the risk assessment of the protest etc.

Reporting of the Bristol protests support a similar method of police response and engagement with both protests.

@Jebus_lives & @Lobster Johnson - I`m trying to answer both of you at once and @verreauxi in a way by proxy - if you want to debate with a bit of civility and without childish wind-ups we can do it.

Not sure where I've done this. I've been nothing but civil.
Can we accept the content that Sky news produce?
You usually do.

Is your position so weak that you have to resort to this nonsense. Come on @Jebus_lives - you seemed so sincere the other day, don`t let your mask slip.

1/ No you haven`t, you said the "inconsistencies" were due to different "policing areas" now you`re saying "oh, its because the protest was at a different stage" - i`ve posted footage of demonstrations involving BLM and anti-mask protestors, both in Bristol with entirely different policing tactics. This is consistent with what i originally said, two-tier policing.

Both your videos are in London. You've been shown that the level of policing at the protests is consistent to within 2%. You've demonstrated nothing of police tactics, just posted 1 video from inside the protest and one from the news.

1/That news (should I accept it as credible or not?) shows a peaceful protest, protesting peacefully.

1/The protestors who "toppled" the statue in Bristol were charged by the CPS.
1/That was an anti-mask protest in Bristol showing a large police presence.
2/ Four arrests were made, none at the scene.
