Confirmed Signing Cuco Martina

Every manager has a blind spot player.

Moyes had Neville.
Martinez had Alcaraz.
Koeman has Martina.

Hopefully he does a job while Kenny acclimatises to the rigours of this league and Coleman gets healthy.

As a stop gap he will be ok. No point spending a fortune when we have an up and coming England RB and await to see how Seamus recovers.

I thought Stek was Koeman's?

He hasn't even kicked a ball for Everton yet.

He's a "back up" .. not if he's signed a free year deal

He's "free" "what do we have to lose" .. point?! And more than likely conceding more goals than usual

Complete lack of ambition not even spending a couple of mil on getting someone who is good enough at this level. Just like steklenberg if you do it on the cheap it will cost you

Massive blow to browning Connolly kenny and holgate basically saying they're not good enough

If you say Coleman is number one. If kenny and holgate are good enough do you really think martina is fourth choice? He will play and once again come may we will look back at our cheap mistakes

We've obviously got no money left until we sell someone else do we mate? Being taken for mugs

Happy days. That's one ticked off, he can cover a left back as well.
His level to me means the younger players know they have a target to beat in training, if he's as bad and they are as good as some seem to think then he'll be benched but I think he's a solid choice, koeman knows him inside out so I personally expect him to start the season with the very very tough start we have and maybe get phased out after 6-8 games depending on how he does.

He is Koeman's Alcaraz and like he did this guy will cost us points.

I really don't expect to spend £20m on a right back when Coleman will be back from injury and Kenny is showing all the signs of being his long term successor.

We'll probably start Martina and have kenny as back up, if Coleman is back by Christmas then he may loan Kenny out to get games. In the mean time, Martina is probably a reliable right back who knows his position and does what Koeman asks of him.
