I'm not the manager mate! Who I see as a better option is irrelevant.

I don't think he did worse than Kenny put it that way. Hopefully he will get another chance and take it this time.
Didnt say you was the manager - just baffled as to how anyone could see Martina as the better option?? Watched two managers do it but I can't ask them!
I stand by my original statement that he is one of the most limited footballers EVER to wear an Everton shirt.

Incredibly harsh in my opinion. Had some bad games (Spurs) and some good games (Liverpool).

He came in to the Everton team at a time when everything was wrong. Sigurdsson and Tosun didn't thrive at that time so was a full back from the academy going to? I think he did well enough given the circumstances to merit his understudy to Coleman role that he now has.

How is it harsh? He didn't take his chance. As I said that doesn't mean he is a bad player or wont make it etc. I don't care about his age, who else was in the team etc, facts are a regular and automatic starter for us was missing for about a year giving Kenny the perfect opportunity to stake his claim in the team and he didn't do enough to impress. He has the ability so he needs to step it up, hopefully he will do so.

The excuses about the team not thriving etc are true, they also apply to the likes of Martina as well though.

I don't see it as being baffling at that time though. Neither particularly shone so I assume the managers went with the experience?

I didn't say you did!
You said JJK didnt take his opportunity when it arose. I certainly don't think he did any worse than Martina any time he got on the pitch..
The worry for me though is that a young lad who'd won alsorts with his club and country at youth level watched such a poor player get picked ahead of him by two different managers?
I'm a 100% certain if JJK played all the games Martina did - our results wouldn't have suffered any more than they did.
