He never shouted the odds, due to him being unemployed ( for very good reason ), when Koeman came in and gave him 30k a week lol

It wasn’t like he was kipping outside Tesco when we rescued him from oblivion , he was an out of contract footballer like Bernard , let’s be fair. Although unlike Bernard I accept it was unlikely Chelsea were interested .

Don't get the abuse for this lad,no he wasn't up to scratch, but he gave his best, played out of position, never shouted the odds and came in on a free,i wish the lad all the best at Stoke.

I agree with you totally. He wasn't good enough for us , but always tried hard. I hope he does well at Stoke , unlike certain others who certainly did not always give their best for us !

Whether people want to admit it or not, he didn’t. Really weird thing going on in the fanbase at the minute where people rush to be the first to slate youngsters with a handful of senior starts to their name, and at the same time defend absolute bums like this as if they’re your child.

I'm defending him. It's an absolute travesty he was signed. I'm just stating that Kenny who we currently have at right back makes just as many errors. Albeit is clearly a better footballer.

People swarm this site to tell us how “not that bad” he is, but the young players put in an equivalent performance and it’s burn them at the stake. Last season we had people coming on here telling us the errors he was making that were costing us goals time and time again, weren’t actually his errors and blamed someone else.
