Firstly, I know from first-hand experience how dreadful such weapons are, thanks.

Secondly, once the culprit/agency responsible is found independently from our government, I fully support a harsh response.

The problem is that we have a group of MPs who have spent the last thirty years thinking that making a statement about something equals action about something, so when someone comes along and questions the statement they think it makes it look like nothing has been done.
