Be interesting to see where England turn, Ahmed impressed but its a huge ask. Could send an SOS to Rashid or Mo
Only test calibre spin bowlers are Rashid and Moeen.
If neither of them wants to play then don't play a spinner and don't prepare spinning pitches. Play an extra seam bowling all-rounder instead. I'd go for Curran for a left armer

It’s a tough ask though as the role of the spinner is to bowl the most overs to give the seamers a rest. Wouldn’t be a good idea with Wood, Stokes, Anderson, Broad and Robinson in the team.
Don’t think they will go for Ali or Rashid. Possibly Ahmed or maybe even Jacks.

There's no point picking a spin bowler unless they are good enough. The Aussies will try to hit an inexperienced spin bowlers out of the attack.
