Be amazed if Stokes bowls at all after seeing his reaction yesterday when he took that catch and landed slightly awkwardly, his knee looks far from right.

That would be my thinking also, as tough as stokes is there is no way that knee holds up for 5 tests

Haha yes, I guess I didn't need to add that. But what I mean is unless you have a decent spinner, don't play one. I mentioned Warne because English conditions aren't notoriously conducive to spin bowling but Warne always did well here.

I think Warne did well here because he had the psychological wood over England for a decade or more. His record in spin friendly India isn't half as good, it's all down to the mental games he played so so well (as well as an unbelievable talent).

You'd expect Indian players to be better prepared to play against spin.

To a degree, and their batting lineup was superior to England's during his career, but Warne still bowled very good areas in India the likes of Tendulkar and Laxman just wouldn't let him settle.
