….361-3, Lancs really pushing on in the first hour or so this morning.
Tea : Lancashire 553-7, lead by 301, Vilas out for 109, Bohannon for 231.
There's been some big scores in the Championship this season, consecutive 500 plus scores for Lancashire, Hampshire currently 652-6.
They've declared.….I’d have thought Lancs will need 4 full sessions to bowl Glous out. 300 ahead, surprised if the declaration doesn’t come over tea.
Jos Buttler returns from the IPL, gets picked for England, Lancashire that. lolBohannon will be in the England team before long, he’s brilliant
Only thing stopping Lancs from winning the title this season is how many internationals may get taken out the side - could feasibly have Bohannon, Anderson, Mahmood, and Parkinson
By sheer chance I've followed Bohannon since he signed for Lancs, after seeing an interview with him that showed how genuinely thrilled he was to sign for the club. Plus he didn't really look like a budding athlete! I saw his early struggles in the 2nd xi when he was thought of as an all-rounder, then starting to get runs and earning a call up to the 1st tea; his 50 on debut under the lights at the Oval really impressed; his first century and bonding with Glenn Maxwell- who really rated him. Now this double hundred where what stood out for me was his discipline and concentration - just what England need. I think he's still improving.Bohannon will be in the England team before long, he’s brilliant
