He played in the same youth side at Norwich as my mate Tommy Henderson who was tragically took early from us in a car accident, Bellamy had played for coventry city on boxng day and was sat behind me at his funeral the day after, Tommy never made it as a pro but Bellamy never forgot him and drove up from coventry the day after boxing day to pay his respects and to be fair came across as a nice guy that day, not a charlie big spuds, but then who would at a funeral.

not sure if city wud pay any help wit wages mayb wud to get shot, not many can afford to pay him 90k a week esp if city will not loan to any champ league rivals. Bellamy does not seem to be to be motivated by money, i wud not be surprised if bellamy in, yak and yobo out, vaughan perhaps on loan and then a few more loans for us

Think it works something like that some of the time. Peeps can correct me here - Celtic were reportedly willing to pay 1m to loan him so it was reported it was equiv to approx 20k per week ie the loan fee is the wages????? so if we agreed 2m to 2,5m that would be approx half wages- approx 4.5m if we agreed full wage as LCAB says is a bit too rich for us- and thats just for a loan. Loans aren't cheap these days for Prem teams so don't doubt Davey imo if he gains us a valuable loan or 2 as the financials are all there and being added to our wage bill.
