Deer do insanely well anyway on account of having no predators.
Nah, people will hunt them with dogs (illegally of course) Also loads get killed on the roads. I know that up north they were talking of reintroducing wolves as a way to control the deer populations as you’re right in saying they have no natural predators apart from rich Americans.

They have to cull them all over scotland on account of there being too many to love healthily together. They in no way scarce or endangered.
In fact, as a nation, we should eat a load more venison as it's the only completely sustainable meat we have currently.
