To simply it for you. Kirby was a good location, but not thought out properly in transport and how to get through planning regs and objections.

Everton ARE NOT an inner-city club and never have been. They are a short walk from the city limits at Bootle.

  • When Everton first played on Stanley Park it was outside the city boundary.
  • When Everton first played at Priory Road it was outside the city boundary.
  • When Everton first played at Anfield it was outside the city boundary.
  • When Everton first played at Goodison Park it was outside the city boundary.

The city always followed Everton.

Walton is not city centre or inner-city. Inner-cities are the belts that surround city centres. Everton first played in Stanley Park - just above the "I" & "F" of ANFIELD in big letters. Then corner of Priory Road/Arkles lane, on the "E" of ANFIELD, which had returned to a field. There are many fields around and lots of open vacant plots.

The bowling green behind the Sandon pub can be seen, where Everton changed and had team photos in front of the pavilion.

All the pos and neg rep stuff, I'm in the dark as well.

I mostly come on here via my mobile, so I see no functions for the rep stuff.

I want to check my score, how do I go about this?

I will switch my laptop on, who ever is helpful will get ++++ marks.

Oh yeah, I like trains.

Looks like you're doing well mate. You're certainly nicer and better than certain others.
