A better government insulation strategy/scheme would help no end. The Tories totally hashed 'the great British insulation scheme'. Pretty much excludes external wall insulation measures for solid wall properties.Inflation down to record low in 3.5 years. This is rather good timing and an expectation of the BoE to drop interest rates, possibly twice before the end of year?
How this will be reflected in winter energy prices will be keen to see. Once again praying on a mild winter and kindly prevailing winds from the icy north.
Which is where our housing stock truly needs sorting.
