Inflation down to record low in 3.5 years. This is rather good timing and an expectation of the BoE to drop interest rates, possibly twice before the end of year?
How this will be reflected in winter energy prices will be keen to see. Once again praying on a mild winter and kindly prevailing winds from the icy north.
A better government insulation strategy/scheme would help no end. The Tories totally hashed 'the great British insulation scheme'. Pretty much excludes external wall insulation measures for solid wall properties.

Which is where our housing stock truly needs sorting.

Left too muchh to the vagaries of the energy market imho

same old fight, 'let the market decide', that's why thames water is going down the plug hole. get the greedy and stupid in, enable them to take the pish, accept the back handers, vilify the victims. 'no such thing as society'. I'm alright Jack!

And there's some happy and fully supportive of this system of inequality.

Sir Kier doing bits

Ozempic, role it out, the best thing to do for people in misery is to extend their suffering.

The pain and suffering of a socio economic landscape of grotesque inequality is the root cause of the majority of misery. Get em in, get em thin, then what?

Look marvellous at the job centre my dear.

With the winter coming and bills rising and shopping to be done. Finding ways to save in other areas can be important for some.

Been watching Martin Lewis and council tax reduction or changing tax bands looks like it can help a load of individuals or families. Could be owed thousands.
